Confidence & Voice
Build unshakable self‑belief and the communication skills to own every room — from classrooms to conference halls.
Creating intentional spaces for young women to strengthen their confidence, amplify their policy voice, and step boldly into leadership roles in diplomacy and governance.
Women remain underrepresented in diplomacy, peace processes, and political leadership across the continent. Our Gender & Women's Leadership programme directly addresses this gap by providing targeted support, mentorship, and skill‑building for young women.
Through workshops, peer networks, and leadership labs, participants develop the confidence to speak, the skills to lead, and the networks to sustain their journey. The programme is inclusive and welcoming to all young people committed to gender equality.
We are proud that 55% of our delegates and leadership are women — and this programme ensures that number continues to grow with intention and impact.
